What happens if the CW just doesn't find the evidence satisfactory(they removed the option of administrative review)? What happens if there is an old person that cannot merge PDFs? The high court judgement was still not addressed, a 2 year extension did nothing to make this entire thing lawful or respectful of the withdrawal agreement. How can immigrants become legal when the scheme itself is unlawful?

Because there is no such thing as one universal data recorded under a single file for each individual. Homeoffice can’t just access the hmrc or dwp records without applying to the relevant authorities first . Which is why it’s on you to provide evidence of these records.

Tax return ,or declaring income to the hmrc was anuf proof when I applied on line for settled status ,that was befor the official expiry dates for eu citizen to apply, I live in a motorhome since 24 years and I did not needed to show any prove of council tax, bills or any rent contract regarding adress of residence . I do had to visit one of the district immigration office in Bristol to see an official in person and provide them with a foto made by this official on the same day. It was easy and straight forward. After 8 weeks I received the notification that my status was accepted.

In the end I came back in September 2020 and I applied for a pre-settle status which it was confirmed and I will be able to apply for a settle in 2025 My question is May I apply for a settle status even earlier than 2025 since I arrived in the country in 2016 and my continuous residence was broken by the pandemic of Covid 19 ? I have a question: I migrated to UK in December 2020. My evidence of residence are: P45 (dated December), Flight Ticket (Dated December), Bank Account spends in Uk (Dated December), other evidences that are not on the list as "Declaration from company that I had to travel during Tier 4 lockdown", and invoice from landlord to rent a bedroom in January 2021. Your baby is eligible for settled status but it is not automatically. He should get settled status as well but you should have applied in 3 months when it was born . Now you need to apply and explain reasonable grounds for your delay . I advise you to get an emigration lawyer or home office will reject your application

Thank you for your question. We are unable to provide individual advice on whether people should apply under the EU settlement scheme. As a general point, if you have only met your potential European sponsor three times it will be extremely unlikely that the Home Office will accept that you are durable partners.
